If your question can not be answered there, please click the “Submit a Ticket" and one of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Once you submit a support ticket, via the online portal, you will be redirected to a page that provides you the details of the ticket. Please ensure that you copy down the ticket ID number for future reference. 

Within 10 minutes, you should receive an automated confirmation message in your email inbox. This message confirms that we have not only received your ticket but also ensures that you are receiving our responses. If you do not get a response in your inbox within 10 minutes, please be sure to check your spam folder. The message will come from “NOREPLY @”.  IMPORTANT: We respond to all tickets within 24 hours.

Our Refund Policy: July 10, 2016 Quantum Self Group, Inc. has a 30-day from date of purchase refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund.
